Monday's Strange Blog
OK, the old warhorse is a few dollars lighter this morning. I received an email from a Chinese Internet registrar company asking if it's OK for them to register one of my domain names with a 'Kendon Group'.
It seems this 'Kendon Group' told this company that they were affiliated with me in some way. Well, I had to shut this down fast. I fired off a return email to the contact, who I might point out used excellent English in his message, that any attempt to use my domain name in any way would bring the old warhorse's wrath down upon both Kendon and themselves.
To that extent, I registered the .org, .net, .info, .biz and .us too, just in case. Can't get the chinese .com.cn one or the Taiwanese .tw but I think I have all the major players covered.
Some days it just doesn't pay to read your email. Now I need to do that with 3 other domains. Whee!!
Have a nice week,
Kellan
